Apple has given its arm to twist and has Consumer Email List announced a series of changes in its App Store with the ultimate goal of putting an end to a class action lawsuit brought against the apple company by app developers from the Consumer Email List United States (who accuse the Cupertinos of monopolistic practices). By virtue of the changes that the company led by Tim Cook is preparing to introduce in its App Store , developers will have the power to communicate directly to their users payment methods outside of the Apple application store. In addition, developers will be exempt from Consumer Email List paying any commission for sales made outside of their App Store , which also expands from less than 100 to more than 500 the price levels that developers can put on Consumer Email List subscriptions, in-app purchases and paid apps. The agreement , which must be approved by a federal judge, also establishes the creation of a fund by Apple to provide financial support to small American developers. Apple will make a $100 million fund available to app developers. This fund, endowed with 100 million Consumer Email List dollars , will be able to benefit developers who have pocketed one million dollars or less annually in sales in the Apple App Store and have an account in the application Consumer Email List store in the period between June 4, 2015 and April 26, 2020. Apple ensures that, under these conditions, the fund will be accessible to 99% of developers operating in the United States. The commissions that Apple (and also Google) charge developers every time their customers make purchases on their domains has been the subject of high-flown brawls in recent times.
