Policy Statement

The following pertains to The Beatle Pilgrimage Tour (‘Tour’), for the tours dates specified on your account statement. The tour is presented by Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC (‘Host’, ‘Hosts’, ‘Us’ or ‘We’).

Each guest [I, me, my, you, your] must agree to the following terms:

1. I agree to hold harmless Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC , its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to me during my participation on the tour.

2. I agree to hold harmless Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC , its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from non delivery of any advertised tour attraction due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances. I understand that Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC  will make every attempt to provide alternate attractions in the event of non-delivery of an advertised tour attraction(s) under such circumstances. However, I do understand the risk associated with scheduled live appearances, unannounced closings of a tour sights or other reasons of non-delivery beyond the control of Pilgrimage Ltd.

3. I acknowledge being informed of the option to purchase personal travel insurance from my own insurance agent, independent providers (you can find them on the web). I understand it is my responsibility to obtain travel insurance. Pilgrimage Ltd is available to assist you in finding a reputable company. We suggest you contact AAA & AARP.

4. I understand that my health should be well enough to endure short, casual walking for about 2-3 hours with only short rest periods. If there is any doubt, Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC  advises you to consult your physician prior to taking the tour.

5. I am responsible to inform Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC  of any medical condition that may be helpful for us to know in the event of an emergency. All information is kept private and will be made available to personal (e.g., tour guides) that Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC  determines to have knowledge of the condition in the event of an emergency..

6. I am responsible for my actions, which includes timely arrival at tour meeting points, behavior at tour attractions and events. I understand that I may miss a tour event[s] if I am late arriving at planned meeting places. I will not receive a refund of any type for tour events are missed as a result of my actions.

7. I understand that it is my responsibility to stay with the tour group and/or guides and if I wish to stop at a shop or take care of any personal needs, I need to inform a host or a guide.  If failing to do so results in separation from the tour group or your guide, Pilgrimage Ltd will not to be held responsible.

8. (Applies to Group Tours) I will respect other tour guest’s property, race, religion, and gender and understand that if my behavior is such that it continuously disrupts the enjoyment of other guests, I will be dismissed from the day’s activities and,  if my behavior continues in such a manner, I will be removed from participating in tour activities during the entire length of the tour. If this occurs, I understand I will not be entitled to a refund.

9. I understand that I am responsible for any minor[s] accompanying me on the tour, regardless of relationship, I understand that if the minor is booked with my travel party and I am over 21 years of age, I will be held accountable for the actions of the minor. A minor is a guest less than 18 years of age.

10. I understand that hotel transfers [transportation between UK airports and hotels], are not included in any tour package. I will read the hotel transfer policy that is found by clicking here

11. I acknowledge having been informed by Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC to take two copies of the picture page of your passport and keep one on your body and the other in your luggage. I understand that I must take extra care to avoid misplacement or lose of my passport. If it is lost, call the US Embassy in the UK for advise. I understand a Pilgrimage Ltd host can only advise me and is not available to personally accompany me to correct the problem. Any additional expense incurred as a result of a lost passport or airline ticket is the responsibility of the guest.

12. I agree that it is my personal responsibility to ensure I know my exact flight times and baggage weight limitations rules establish by the carrier chosen for me by Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC  [if air upgrade is selected]. This should be checked no later than 30 days prior to departure. The restrictions may vary by airline. Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC  is available to assist & advise you.

13. I understand that Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC is an internet based business that relies on their guest's ability to access and use the internet as well as have an email account to receive & send messages and read attachments. If you do not have access to the internet or an email account, you are responsible to inform Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC so they can handle communication via US Mail & telephone.

14. If I require a temporary email account that will allow me to access tour information from the internet using fany browser. I can obtain a temporary email account from Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC  but I must request it (e.g., yourname@beatletour.com). Email may be accessed using webmail directly from the Internet at http://webmail.beatletour.com.  Access to the internet is the responsibility of the guest.

15. I will cooperate and confirm receipt of all emails sent to me in the process of the administration of my tour. Emails are sent with auto replies, this is a safe & quick method to let us know you received the tour information.  This is especially important as we approach the tour's departure date and travel details becomes available. Any changes to the tour plans will be communicated to you via email.

16. Our Air Package Terms are... if you selected our air package (air upgrade) , an e-ticket confirmation page will be provided to you via email [US Mail by request only]. In some cases, a paper airline ticket may be sent to you. Once your airline ticket is purchased and you have confirmed the flight information as correct, it becomes your property and the air upgrade portion of your payment becomes non-refundable. At this point, all changes, cancellations and other airline matters become your responsibility.
