The link to your account statement
will/has arrived to you via email. The internet address of the
'link' will not be changed. All account activities, changes &
other tour announcements will be documented on your statement.
Additionally, all new activity posted to your account will
result in an email notification of an important update. Open the link to your account statement and review the content. Reservations are NOT confirmed until the required deposit has been paid. If you want to make a payment using a credit card, use the payment button at the bottom of your account statement. It should be set up for the amount of your next milestone payment. After pressing the button and you find a discrepancy (such as the wrong amount), please email us [ billing@beatletour.com ] and and we will send you a link to a corrected link by email. We use PayPal to process credit card payments. - you do not need to open a PayPal account to make a credit card payment. Anthony Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC does not see the information that Paypal collects to process your credit card payment. Please reference 'The Beatles Pilgrimage Tour' [Tour Date] on all payments. Please note that I [Anthony Maddalone aka 'Tony'] will temporarily be operating the tour as a 'sole proprietorship'. We currently are operating both our internet services business and our tours under the corporation 'Pilgrimage Ltd'. Due to regulatory constraints, we will be moving our tour business from 'Pilgrimage Ltd' to 'Fat Brit Services LLC'. We are in the process of creating this new legal entity exclusively to manage our tours [we'll be expanding our services too]. We will be requesting that you agree to our 'policy' prior to departure.
