Accommodations at the Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool are now standard

Excellent Quality, 3 Starr accommodation in both London & Hamburg. Central City Location. All rooms are Air-Conditioned & en suite.

All fees and admissions to tour sights & attractions listed on your tour itinerary are included unless it is clearly noted otherwise.

All Air taxes & surcharges (if air upgrade package is selected)

Hot, cold and healthy 'all you can eat' breakfast buffet each morning [may not be included in Hamburg - subject to hotel availability]

Local Transportation while in the UK including transportation between Liverpool & London.

Tea and a warm welcome by the Vicar of St. Peter's Church in the Hall where John & Paul first met.

If Hamburg option is selected, flight from London to Amsterdam is included in our Land Package.

Some tours offer a stay in Amsterdam as an option. If this option is selected, Air from Amsterdam to Liverpool's John Lennon Airport is included in our Land Package.

The Beatle Ale Trail - evening walking tour to Liverpool Pubs made famous by The Beatles. Beverages are not included in the tour package. [Group Tour Only - Not Available in our Student Tour Packages].

The London Rock Legends Tour is integrated into The Beatles' London Tour. The tour includes the homes, venues and other historical sights that played a significant part in the development of London's Rock Pop Culture of the 60s & 70s.

A copy of our 'Beatles Pilgrimage Tour Survival Guide' that is customized with information specific to your tour. Each guest receives a copy via emailed and in MS Word format for printing and you will receive a link where the guide is available on the web, 24/7 for the entire length of your trip. The guide is a complete information resource to support your trip. You will be provided with all the information you need to make your tour a trouble and stress-free experience. Many travel, cost and time 'tips' are provided in the guide.

Air Upgrades are optional for US & Canada departures. You can depart from any country by booking your own flights and purchasing our Land Package.

Hotel Transfers...since our guests, whether you select our air upgrade package or book your own flights arrive and depart at various times, hotels transfers [transportation to and from the airport] is NOT included in our Land Packages. In all cases, guests are provided with very detailed instructions [including maps & transportation schedule] for travel from the airport you arrive to your hotel and return to the airport for your departure flight . The method of transportation we provide to you is convenient, inexpensive and your travel time is minimal. For guests that have special needs, we are available to make arrangements to get you to and from airports. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you do require special services.

Travel Insurance is NOT included in your tour package. We highly recommend that you consider travel insurance. Please go to our 'Travel Services' page where you will find a link to Travel Guard, a reputable and popular choice of our guests that do invest in Travel Insurance. You may also try AARP & AAA travel insurance.

Scenic, one hour 'Ferry cross The Mersey' [at your leisure or as an impromptu group event] is not included in our tour packages and cost less than 5 GBP per person.
There may be 2-3 occasions where you will be asked to share cab fare with other guests when when a coach is not a practical transportation solution. Each shared cab ride has ranged from 2 - 4 GBPs per person.
With the exception of a hot, cold and healthy 'all you can eat' breakfast buffet each morning, the dinner party at the Hard Rock Cafe in London, a box lunch during Liverpool tour day and lunch at 'Ringo's Pub' during London tour day, Most Lunch & Dinner meals are not included in your tour packages.

Depending on the circumstances of your specific tour, when visiting Henley-on-Thames and Friar Park, you may incur the expense of the rail fare. The cost is estimated at less than 10 GBPs per person, round trip.
