Pilgrimage Ltd.
Any exception to the terms
stated on this page must appear in writing on your account statement.
The following are the terms that you will/did agree to upon entering a 'yes'
to this fact on your online reservation form.
Pilgrimage Ltd [‘Host’, ‘Hosts’, ‘Us’ or ‘We’] ask that you agree with what we feel are
reasonable payment terms.
The terms apply to The Beatle Pilgrimage Tour
[‘Tour’] or any other ['tour'] offered by
Pilgrimage Ltd. for the tours dates specified on your account statement.
Pilgrimage Ltd
has established
standard payment terms that are applied to all our tours.
All price quotes, terms, policy, travel
information and other important information
appears on your group's 'Account Summary'
[see
sample]. There is one
statement for each group traveling together, You may request
separate account statements for people traveling together i.e., two
couples that are friends. You are not
expected to make a payment until you have received your account
summary and have had time to read and fully understand the
content. You will receive a 'link' to your web based
account statement upon confirmation of your reservation.
Our Air Package Terms are... Once
your air upgrade is purchased by us, and an e-ticket confirmation page will be provided to you
via email [US Mail by request only]. In some cases, a paper ticket
may be sent to you. Once your airline ticket is
purchased and you have confirmed the flight information as correct,
it becomes your property and the air upgrade portion of your payment
becomes non-refundable. At this point, all changes, cancellations
and other airline matters become your financial responsibility.
For our non-escorted, private tours,
the following payment terms apply:

$500. per person, deposit to confirm tour dates, immediately,
$200. (per person) becomes non-refundable

The remainder of the deposit becomes
non-refundable 60 days from the date your tour is confirmed or 90 days prior
to your first night hotel check-in date, whichever occurs first.

The price of air upgrade package [if selected]
is due prior to airline ticket purchase.

100% of the price of your tour is due 90 days
prior to your departure date.

You are entitled to half a refund if you cancel
your tour within 60 days of your departure day [excluding airfare - see next
bullet item]

Our Air Package Terms are...
Once
your air upgrade is purchased by us , your flights will be booked for you
and an e-ticket confirmation page will be provided to you via email [US Mail
by request only]. Once your airline ticket is purchased and you have
confirmed the flight information as correct, it becomes your property and
the air upgrade portion of your payment becomes non-refundable. At this
point, all changes, cancellations and other airline matters are negotiated
directly by the guests, directly to the air service provider.

No refunds for cancellations within two weeks of
departure.
For our group tours,
we
use a milestone payment plan, described as follows:
Milestone 1
To confirm your reservation,
a $500. pp deposit due at time of reservation
[may vary with special offers].
Your [you, guest or guests] deposit guarantees you a seat on the Beatle Pilgrimage
Tour ('us',
'we', 'tour' or 'the tour') and your price quote is protected from increase.
Upon receipt of your deposit by us,
[ non-refundable amount may vary with special offer - in the unlikely event tour dates change, you will
have the option of a full deposit refund].
The balance of your deposit is refundable only until the date your milestone
2 payment date. This date appears on your account statement.
Milestone 2
50% of the total price of the tour becomes due
6 months from your departure date. The payment due date will appear on your
account summary. At this point
you must either move forward with your plans to take the tour OR you may
request a $300. (per person) deposit refund. Refunds must be requested prior
to the Milestone 2 payment date appearing on your account statement.
If you decide to continue with your
plans to take the tour (and we hope you do) or the Milestone 2 Payment date
as passed, then your deposit becomes
non-refundable. Additionally, the guest is now accountable for
any expenses, incurred on their behalf, and unrecoverable by us.
Our Air Package Terms are...
Once

Milestone 3
100% of the total price of the tour becomes due 3-4 months from your departure
date. The payment due date will appear on your account summary.
To reiterate
the term established during Milestone 2 payment,
the guest is accountable for any expenses, incurred on their behalf, and
unrecoverable by us.
You will NOT be asked to make your last
[milestone 3] payment until you have received your airline
confirmation receipt. The
payment requested at this time is full payment for the tour. At this point,
refunds are at the discretion of
Pilgrimage Ltd
and will based on losses
incurred by Pilgrimage Ltd on your behalf.
If a guest incurs a
financial loss, a discount coupon will be awarded to the guest and may be
applied as cash toward any future Pilgrimage Ltd presentation.
All
invoice amounts are expected to be paid by the due date appearing on the
invoice. We ask that all payments are planned so they are received by us
within a week of the due date. Failure to do so may cause us to miss our
payment commitments, thus causing a price increase to you. If you require additional time to
pay, please contact us. You will be notified in advance of ALL payment due
dates when you receive your account statement link..
Personal Trip
insurance is
strongly recommended.
