A. Andrew Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC (pending) [‘Host’, ‘Hosts’, ‘Us’, 'I', 'Me' or ‘We’] ask that you agree with what we feel are reasonable payment terms.  The terms apply to The Beatle Pilgrimage Tour [‘Tour’] that is offered by A. Andrew Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC (pending). for the tours dates specified on your account statement.

Payment Terms

All price quotes, terms, policy, travel information and other important tour & travel information appears  on your account statement   [see sample] or via a link appearing on your account statement. . There is one statement for each group traveling together, You may request separate account statements for people traveling together i.e., two couples that are friends. You are not expected to make a payment until you have received your account statement and have had time to  read and fully understand the content. You are encouraged to contact us with any questions or concerns that will help clarify the information provided to you. You can contact us at customerservice@beatletour.com

Our Air Package Terms are... if you selected our air tour package (air upgrade) , an e-ticket confirmation page will be provided to you via email [US Mail by request only]. In some cases, a paper airline ticket may be sent to you. Once your airline ticket is purchased and you have confirmed the flight information as correct, it becomes your property and the air upgrade portion of your payment becomes non-refundable. At this point, all changes, cancellations and other airline matters become your responsibility.

For our private tours, the following payment terms apply:

  • $500. per person deposit is required to confirm your tour dates.  Upon receipt by us, $200. (per person) immediately becomes non-refundable.

  • Your full deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days from the date or your deposit payment or within 60 days from your tour departure date.

  • The price of air upgrade package [if selected] is due prior to airline ticket purchase.

  • 100% of the price of your tour is due 90 days prior to your departure date.

  • You are entitled to half a refund if you cancel your tour more than 60 days from your departure day [excluding airfare]

  • Refunds for cancellations less that 60 days of your departure date are at the discretion of A. Andrew Maddalone and/or Fat Brit (pending).

  • We will notify you that a payment is due or past due before any action is taken that may impact your reservation.

For our group tours, we use a milestone payment plan, described as follows:

Milestone 1 To confirm your reservation, a $300. pp deposit due at time of reservation [may vary with special offers]. Your deposit guarantees you a seat on the Beatle Pilgrimage Tour  and your price is protected from increase. Upon receipt of your deposit by us,   50% of  your deposit is refundable up until the date your milestone 2 payment due date. This date appears on your account statement.

Milestone 2   50% of the remaining balance due becomes. The payment due date will appear on your account statement.  At this point you must either make your milestone 2 payment OR you may request a 50%  (per person) deposit refund. Deposit refunds must be requested prior to the Milestone 2 payment date appearing on your account statement.

After  the Milestone 2 due date, your full deposit amount becomes non-refundable plus any additional expense incurred by A. Andrew Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC (pending) on your behalf that we cannot recover.  

We will notify you that a payment is due or past due before any action is taken that may impact your reservation.

Milestone 3 100% of the total price of the tour becomes. The payment due date will appear on your account summary.   T

You will NOT be asked to make your last [milestone 3] payment until you have received your airline confirmation receipt [if air package was selected].  The payment requested at this time is full payment for the tour.  At this point, refunds are at the discretion of A. Andrew Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC (pending) and will based  on losses incurred by A. Andrew Maddalone and/or Fat Brit LLC (pending) on your behalf. 

All invoice amounts are expected to be paid by the due date appearing on your account statement. We ask that all payments are planned so they are received by us on or before the due date. Failure to do so may cause us to miss our payment commitments, which may result in additional costs to you. If you require additional time to pay, please contact us to discuss alternate payment options.

We will notify you that a payment is due or past due before any action is taken that may impact your reservation.

Personal Trip insurance is strongly recommended.

 
About Hotel Transfers

Since guests on our tours arrive at various times & plan various lengths of stay in the UK we provide each of our guests [Land Package Included] with easy, fast, convenient, inexpensive and self pay  instructions for transportation to and from UK airports and hotels.

We have looked at various options and the method provided to you in your tour package proves to be the overall best method to get to and from UK airports as fast, convenient & least expensive as possible. We recommend  hotel transportation by rail, directly into Liverpool or London in less that  one hour. From the rail station, it is a
£3 to £5 in Liverpool or £10 to £15 cab ride in London to your hotel and it is virtually hassle free. We recommend you use baggage with wheels.

If you use the hotel transfer method we recommend in your tour package, the total cost is about 50 USD. per person to get to and from UK airports. This is not only convenient but a cost savings approach to hotel transfers. We have estimated that  we would have to add at least 100 USD, per person to the price of your tour package to accommodate hotel transfers. Additionally, potential long waits for all guest to arrive is avoided.

For fans requiring special assistance or for groups of 4 or larger  that arrive & depart near the same time, please contact us for special arrangements for hotel transfer. We will look at all air bookings we arrange to see if this can be accommodated.

Easy to read instructions with maps are included in your 'Survival Guide' that is made available to each of our guests 3-6 weeks prior to departure. The 'guide' contains your day by day itinerary and is a warehouse of tour information and travel tips.  To ensure you have an enjoyable tour, to optimize your time and save money during the tour, we strongly recommend you read your personalized version of the 'guide'.
