Payment Terms

Our Payment Terms:

We accept payments by check via post or credit card using our secure credit card payment service. Payment instructions are provided in your Reservation Statement and on our 'FAQs' page.


Payment Plan:


Your written price quote appears on your Reservation Statement that was [or will be] emailed to you within one week upon receipt of the Reservation Form you send to us from our website.

All payments are expected to be made on or before the due date indicated in your Reservation Statement. If more time is needed, please contact us prior to the due date and we will make every attempt to provide you with additional time to make your next payment.

We use a Milestone Payment Plan:

Milestone 1 - is your deposit payment. Once we receive your deposit payment, your tour reservation is confirmed and you are locked into your price quote. If the price is reduce from the time your reservation is confirmed to your departure date, the price of your tour will automatically be adjusted to reflect the lowest price. If the price increases, your quote remains at the locked in rate.

Milestone 2 and 3 become due approximately 120 and 90 days, prior to your departure date. The dues dates for both Milestone 2 & 3 are clearly indicated on your Reservation Form.

All payments will be recorded in the 'Payment History' section appearing on your Reservation Statement.

Deposit Payments:

For Scheduled Group Tours a $200. USD deposit payment, per guest is required to confirm your reservation.

For Private Tours and $300. USD deposit payment, per quest is required to confirm your reservation.

For Student Tours, deposit payments are to be negotiated.

Refund Policy:


Upon receipt, half your deposit payment becomes non-refundable. On the due date for your Milestone 2 payment, 100% of your deposit payment becomes non-refundable. After your Milestone 2 payment is made, refunds are at the discretion of InMyLife Inc. and will be based on expenses we have paid on your behalf and are not recoverable.

If you have purchased our Air Upgrade, once your airfare has been purchased by us and you have confirmed the flight information as accurate and correct, the airfare eticket becomes your property and we are no longer accountable for any financial consequences that results from cancellation or changes made by you or the air service provider.
