What tours are available to me? We provide Beatle fans with two types of tours; our scheduled escorted group tours during International Beatle Week & The Mathew Street Festival and scattered dates throughout the year . We have now added a tour in July to accommodate teacher's summer schedules. Our flagship tour during International Beatle Week always takes place the week preceding and leading up to the last Monday in August. Additionally, we schedule special group tours during key Beatles related events in the UK. Current scheduled group tours can be found on our 'Tour Schedule, Packages & Prices' page We also provide private tours for singles, couples and small groups. Private tours, with minor exception, provide fans with the same Beatle experience as our group tour without the fanfare & commercialization of International Beatle Week. Generally, private tours are non-escorted tours where your Beatles experience is waiting for you in Liverpool & London. We provide a very detailed tour itinerary for you and just follow the day by day schedule. Your Beatle Guide will meet you at your hotel. Our tours are truly an historical account of The Beatles from their childhood, to their climb to fame in Liverpool and their peak music years in London. Prices are only slightly higher than what you would pay for an escorted group tour. The one on one relationship you build with our tour guides is certainly a benefit of a private tour. t We have standard Beatle sights that will be seen during each of our tours & our tour guides are the best that can be found. Our base tour is a Land Package [complete tour itinerary, local transportation & hotels with breakfast]. We also offer an Air Package Upgrade where we make your flight arrangements from any US city and return [also Toronto, CA]. We offer a great discounted price for superior accommodations. Recently, we added the option of 'day trips' to Amsterdam or Dublin to compliment your Beatles experience. We provide all guests that have purchased any of our tour packages with excellent instructions & directions for airport transfers from and to hotels. The method we provide is self pay and it the most inexpensive, convenient, fastest & direct means of public rail transportation to and from airports. About travel arrangements... You must select a base tour land package. It includes superior lodging, breakfast, all tour guide fees and admission to advertised attractions. You may elect to add our air upgrade to your land package. We will make all arrangements to get you to Liverpool & London [and return] right from the airport that is closest to the location you wish to depart. You also have the option to select a Liverpool or London only tour. You can extend your stay in London at a very reasonable rate, including full breakfast and at a great location. Are meals included in the tour package? Meals are NOT included in the tour package with the exception of the following; on all tours, a Full Breakfast is provided by the hotels in Liverpool and London. During the first evening of our group tours, we host a buffet and get acquainted party in a genuine Liverpool pub that includes a Beatle sing-along. We also provide lunch at St. Peter's Church during our group tours. Dave is usually on hand to give you an eye witness account of the night John & Paul first met. For fans taking our private tour, we offer a Fish N Chips dinner at The Grapes pub on Mathew Street included with Beatles history. In London, you will delighted with a Rock N Roll party at the [Original] London Hard Rock Cafe that includes a tour of the cafes' memorabilia vault, one of the best. Dinner at The London Hard Rock is included in both group & private tours. The cost of alcoholic beverages are always the responsibility of our guest. Where do we go? What will we see? Unless specified otherwise on your specific tour itinerary, you will enjoy these tour highlights and see these standard Beatle sights in Liverpool & London. The document contains a complete set of travel instructions that will guide you from your departure city and back again. It contains contact info., Schedules, contingency plans, tips and other valuable tour & general UK travel information. You will be informed. How much free time will I have during the tour? We try to plan at least one free day in both Liverpool & London. Since travel time to London will take a 1/2 day off time allocated for London. Beatles tour time is tighter in London than Liverpool. Therefore, if you would like to include a trip to Henley to visit George's home, Friar Park, we provide you with a self-guided tour package with travel instructions, simply to read maps & historical documentation to make your own journey to this beautiful English hamlet. Over time we noticed that the group is split between a day in London, a short, 4 hours visit to Henley and those that would like to enjoy Henley at a slower pace. If you would like to see more of London on your own, we suggest you extend your stay in London by adding extra nights to your tour package. If you select our non-escorted private tour, the number of free days is up to you But a minimum of 7 nights total is recommended to thoroughly enjoy your Beatles experience.
