For fans departing from the US or Canada, we offer an optional Air Upgrade to our Land Package that includes transatlantic flights to and from the airport of your choice.
If you select our Air Upgrade, we will use our vast network of travel resources to find you the most convenient and inexpensive flights. The price of the air upgrade is the actual cost of your flights plus 5% processing fee. If you decide to make your own flight arrangements, we will be happy to provide you with guidance as to how to find the best air deals available.
Our flagship group tour is during International Beatle Week that takes place around the last weekend in August. Additionally, we plan group tours during special Beatles events such as the 'Macca Birthday Tour'. In June, 2012, Paul McCartney's 70th Birthday celebration tour is scheduled. Our tours are limited to 40 guests to ensure maximum enjoyment and an opportunity for Beatle fans to share stories, meet new people, and “come together”.
Beginning with our 2013 Group tour schedule, we are offering a new format with greater opportunities to experience The Beatles Liverpool and London and limiting tour size to a maximum of Twenty fans*. We will schedule one tour each month from March through October.
* Our August Tour during International Beatle Week is a maximum size of 40 guests. Some 'special' planned tours may be slightly larger group.
To reserve a seat on a group tour, complete our Group Reservation Form and select the month[s]** you are available to travel. For tours other than our August Group Tour, a $100. USD per guest deposit is required to hold your seat[s] on the tour. The deposit is fully refundable up to the time the tour is confirmed. A group tour is confirmed when the minimum number of guests are booked on the tour. Additional terms & conditions apply that will be provided to you before any financial commitment is made.
** you may hold seats on multiple tour dates in the event the minimum number or guests required to confirm a tour is not attained. Only one $100. per guest deposit payment is required regardless of the number of dates you select.
Our intent is to provide fans with multiple opportunities throughout the year to experience a fully escorted tour, share the experience with other fans, build new Beatle relationships, and take advantage of group package prices. In the event a scheduled group tour does not come to fruition, you will be given the option to convert to a comparable private tour package [non-escorted] or receive a full refund. Group tours will be confirmed as early as possible but no later than 90 days prior to your scheduled departure date.
